? To go into joint ventures partnership with foreign firm for oil and gas plant, construction of gas cylinder plant, gas storage facilities, pipeline construction, exploration of oil from associated gas, construction of modular refinery that will produce: -
= Kerosene blending plants.
= Diesel oil/ Lub oil, grease, white spirits, jet fuels and gasoline.
= Gas processing plant for exports market.
= Gas treatment / separation plant.
= Production of cooking gas, industrial gas for our market and for export
